Charles came out earlier this week, in response to a desperation call from me because I had spilled a glass full of blueberry smoothie on our white carpet. I found a carpet cleaner who came out before him but he was unable to get the stain out. Charles came out the next morning and applied a stain remover that was like MAGIC. He was able to get the entire purple area back to normal. Charles was very efficient and very nice to deal with. Thanks for restoring the carpet so I don't have to replace it. You guys are great!!!

Everyone I dealt with for the company was so nice. I had to change my appt a few times and the scheduling girls never once complained or were hateful. The cleaning guy was really personable and friendly. Excellent customer service all around. Plus, my carpets look great!

Chris the Tech. is a great guy, works hard and explains the service you are to receive in detail, He spent around 3+ hours on 4 rooms, it is a little pricey but seem to do the job, There is a call back guarantee according to Chris, also which is a great feature. Overall I am recommending this company above any I have ever used. The old saying, you get what you pay for is very true when it comes to this service. My Carpet looked brand new, Frederick Waller and his Partner i believe his name was Dave did a excellent job. Frederick was friendly and really explain to me about my stains and what they were going to do to get it out. He also knew that we had stain remover on the floor from previous spots and how the removal really didn't do anything but bury the problem. I am so please with their work.

I love the method of cleaning! This was our second experience with Zerorez. Our first was absolutely WOMDERFUL, in every way!! This time our tech did a good job cleaning, but had a bit of an attitude, which I didn’t appreciate. And I told him as such! I think he is young. And just needs so tutoring on interacting with customers.

If you could have seen my stairs before Zerorez, you would be amazed at how they now look! The first thing you see when you walk into our home is our stairs, and we were starting to get very worried that our guests would see what we saw on a daily basis. Then Zerorez stepped in and my stairs look like they have new carpet on them now. Even my 18 year old son, who rarely notices anything, noticed just how good they looked. They also did a fabulous job in our family room, office, and hallway but the stairs was the most dramatic transformation in my eyes.

The technician was absolutely wonderful. He worked so very hard, and was super polite. I am so very glad that we decided to use Zerorez again. It will not be our last time to use this wonderful company! It's nice to see a cleaning company that takes the time to employ technicians that actually care about their job and the final outcome.
