I have used Zerorez several times in the past. I used them this time on another property that had never had the carpets cleaned. The carpets were stained from homeowners wearing shoes in the house on light carpet. Zerorez was able to make a major difference in the carpets. It was the difference of replacing carpet if the cleaning didn’t work. The amount paid for the services saved me from replacing the carpet in the whole house. Money well spent. I will continue to use them as needed and to maintain my personal property.

Technician was very friendly and professional, and informative. Cleaning took no time at all. I especially like the spot treatment product I was able to purchase - I have already used it a couple times and it was worked great.

My carpet is 99% clean (I doubt the two remaining spots will ever come out) and looks two shades lighter! Shaun was one of the most polite business minded young people we have met in a long time. He answered every question and explained every fee before beginning work.

This is our second time using zerox. We were extremely pleased. I love the pet spot remover and deodorizer.

A terrific job was done!! The service technician was able to come earlier than the given 3 hour time window. Anthony, our technician, was very knowledgeable & friendly. He explained the entire process to us, as well as other services that the company offered. He did a wonderful job & we will definitely be recommending the company, and him, to our neighbors.

Easy process all around

My service was Wednesday, 06/13/2018.
Anthony and Fred are the two gentleman that cleaned our carpets. These two men are a Very Valued Asset to ZEROREZ. The work, effort and outcome they produced was Magnificent.
I purposefully waited a weak (now 9 days) to see how the job would look after this time passed. Again, they provided MORE service than was promised.
Please let them know how satisfied we are. I told them I was married to a "Mean Woman" (30years) and she NEEDED to be Happy. Let be show restraint here, and say;
