Guy was nice and talked me through cleaning. After he left...I was not overly impressed with the way the carpet looked. I am very displeased with the payment process. I guess I am just not into this digital world.

However...I think I would recommend again. I am not sure if it was my carpets or the process. There were places that just looked dull and soiled in major walkways...

Love that the tech calls 30 minutes ahead! They are courteous and explain everything they're going to do, so that allows me to put my dog up if necessary. Being polite and considerate of a customer's time is very appreciated in this day and time!! Thank you. :)
