MY CARPET NEVER LOOKED BETTER. THE PRODUCTS THEY USED ON THE CARPET MAKES THE CARPET LOOK BRAND NEW. WE USE THE UPHOLSTERY CLEANER AND IT IS JUST AS GOOD AS THE CLEANER THAT WAS PUT ON THE CARPET.

Their customer service was great, online experience was top notch, the technician was nice as could be and carpets look great. We will be hiring them again to do the carpets in our old house to prep for sale. Highly recommend!
I like the fact that it’s natural with no lingering odor. I’ve used Zerorez 3 times and have always been pleased. Only negative this time was the drying time took longer. Some areas were still damp the next morning. Usually completely dry in couple hours. No big deal. I would continue to use them.
