They brought a black light so we could see clearly stains the previous owners had left and make good decisions on if it was worth cleaning the carpet in each room. They showed up on time, did a great job and were reasonably priced.

The process was quick and thorough. My carpets and stairs were soiled from foot traffic and a puppy, they now look brand new and smell amazing! Also, having a dog, I wanted to make sure the cleaning solution and chemicals would not be harmful to her, Zerorez products are completely safe for animals. I would highly recommend!
