We had every carpet in our home cleaned. Our common area (downstairs) rooms the carpet takes the most wear and tear and it, as always, looked great! However, our upstairs (bedrooms and hallway) the carpet is significantly older than the downstairs and it looked fabulous! Better than it has looked in years! I will most definitely use Zerorez again! They are the only ones we have used in the past two years! I can tell that customer service is a big part of your day-to-day operations. I find your pricing higher than others and that means that not all of my clients, to be honest, would be able to afford to use Zerorez. With all of the things a homeowner has to pay just to get their home ready for market sometimes I will step in and help them cover the cost of at least one thing. That was the case at this last service call that I scheduled. Thankfully they were able to cover the cost of the 3 additional filtration line spaces and thanks for throwing in the 4th that we hadn't really noticed before you arrived.
