I forgot his name, but the guy who came to my house was amazing! He was so polite, and so helpful- my vacuum cleaner belt had broken that morning as I was preparing for your service, and he was so patient and kind about the situation. He went above and beyond in helping me clear the room for him- I am a retired schoolteacher and could not move everything by myself.
The Technician did a thorough job and paid particular attention to areas that I specifically asked about. He was friendly and very courteous.

The quick in and out was the greatest! The Tech was very professional in how he explained the process and the carpet looked amazing before and after drying. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
The online scheduling process was easy and convenient. Jace was prompt, wonderful to work with, and did a great job. (He even did one small area we hadn't asked him to do!) Our carpet isn't of the highest quality and is more than eight years old, but he made it look good and didn't leave any mess behind as other companies have done. I highly recommend Zerorez.

You can make appts online... They always call to confirm your treatment and tell you the name of your technician... the technician always calls when he is atleast 30 minutes out... Prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, cautious of our baseboards, efficient and super nice!
