Your employee arrived on time and was very professional. He walked with me through the rooms I wanted cleaned. I had to leave for work but when I came home I was very happy with the results. I have had Stanley Steam clean my carpets before, but Zerorez was 100 times better.

They made an appointment the next day and the service tech took time to explain what he was going to do, and didn't rush through the process. We were trying to get rid of a couple of "grandkid" stains, but ended up with new furniture.

Charles was such a nice man and so respectful to me and my 93 year old Mom who lives with me. He gave me a phone call when he was on the way and how long before he arrived, was punctual, very polite, very knowledgeable and very efficient. I would ask for him again whenever I need to call back.

So sticky feeling on the carpet after cleaned

This was my first time to try Zerorez. I like that there are no chemicals, but my carpet and rugs look like new! My technician, Charles, arrived when promised, was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future.
