We had Zerorez come into to our new empty house to clean the carpets while there was no furniture. Their customer service was great, online experience was top notch, the technician was nice as could be and carpets look great. We will be hiring them again to do the carpets in our old house to prep for sale. Highly recommend!

What do you like about our products and services?

I like the fact that it’s natural with no lingering odor. I’ve used Zerorez 3 times and have always been pleased. Only negative this time was the drying time took longer. Some areas were still damp the next morning. Usually completely dry in couple hours. No big deal. I would continue to use them.

THE PRODUCT DRYS QUICKLY AND DOES NOT FEEL STIFF WHEN ITS DRY. GETS UP MOST STAINS AND THEY DONT COME BACK.

Yahoo! A carpet cleaning company who doesn't add on extra services when they arrive. I knew my balance before you arrived and it didn't change! I am so happy to have my carpet clean and y'all did a great job. The young man who cleaned, Kevin, was a pleasure to have in my house. I will call you again and I will recommend ZeroRez to others.
