The carpet cleaning especially for pets was wonderful. And our tech did a fantastic job cleaning our dryer vent...something that wasn’t a very easy task at our house given its location. He worked extremely hard, was very professional and polite and everything looks wonderful. We love zerorez and will definitely use them again!

This is a bit over due. I sincerely wish I could remember the name of the young man who cleaned our carpets. I hope you are able to link this feed back to him. He reflected your company VERY well. He was courteous and explained before and after all that he was doing. We are not carpet cleaning experts and we, like most people, get lots of advertisements for the various services. We have tried a few over the years, usually based on the best coupon at the time. Since tryng Zero rezz we have not used another service. Zero rezz is the only one we have called back and had over whether we had a coupon or not. Bottom line is that your equipment and cleaning process works. Secondarily but just as important, you have consistently had good staff. We trust you and your staff to come into our home, typically seeing it in its worst condition, and to do a good job.
