I love the service, the care and explaination put into the cleaning. Jace my tech was so great he loves animals my dogs wanted love from him and took the time to sit and pet them and my cats, then he took the time to get every spot cleaned and worked to make it perferct. I love that it dries so quickly, and smells like oranges not chemicals. And your prices for cleanings are so great I will use you everytime, I have twice already and I will tell anyone I know to use Zerorez.

Great people, product and service

We were delighted with the professionalism recently when Alex explained the different textures and types of the carpets and furniture before starting to clean. Then my husband had a fall and cut his head leaving blood on the newly cleaned carpet.

I immediately called Alex and he came by the following day with John and you'd never know there was a stain there. We were relieved. and very thankful.

Alexander called before arriving to update his status. He was on-time and ready to work. He was training a new hire, and as he demonstrated technique, he continually stressed the importance of communication w the customer.
