Excellent customer service! Technician was extremely professional and knowledgeable! After cleaning my carpet he took the time to explain additional services the company provides without being pushy. They gave me a 3 hour time window but showed up promptly so I didn’t have to spend my Saturday waiting around. Price was reasonable and I would highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Great customer service!

Caleb Puckett was the associate that cleaned my carpets and he was very prompt, professional and courteous. I had recently moved into a rental and the previous resident had a dog and left numerous stains on the carpets and they smelled bad as well. Caleb was able to get the stains out and the room smells so much better.
