I liked the guy that came out last time- Anthony did not pressure me into spending a lot of money on my dog's pee stains on my berber rug because I told them they will always come back. I need to replace the padding but can't afford it now. Anthony did the best cleaning job all of all the zerorez reps I have used and will always ask for him.

This was our second time using Zerorez and we love the results. Our carpet feels so soft with none of that sticky residue that other carpet cleaners left behind. We also decided to get the protective treatment this time and the carpet still feels very soft. This is the only service that we will use in the future.

The crew came for a job of 3 rooms, a stair case and a hallway and were done within 90 minutes. The results were great and the stairs in particular (which were the worst) looks like new after not having had a professional cleaning in over 6 years.
