Jace was on time, very friendly and helpful as well as very professional. He came in and did his job and recommended we hava scotch guard our well travel carpet areas. Our carpets are about 10 years old and after he cleaned them, they were looking like new. We were very pleased with the work Jace did and would certainly use them again.
Arrived on time. Wore shoe covers to protect floors. Very professional service. Did a great job. Kept me informed with each room. Didn’t try to clean rug when it was best to remove it or pick up and clean at company. I do property management and I will call Zerorez when I need carpet cleaning in the future.

The carpets look almost new, the fibers aren't stiff and the rooms smell clean. Ethan was very professional, polite and he provided a lot of information. I liked everything!
Only one suggestion - he probably be taught to remove the indoor shoe "booties" before he goes back outside, then put them back on when, or before he reenters the home. He kept them on during his several trips back and forth to the truck to setup.
It had rained before he arrived at our house.
We have a concrete patio and sidewalk but our driveway is gravel/dirt (mud) and that is where the Zerorez truck was parked. Consequently, I had a few (not many) muddy prints to clean up in the mudroom - which is no problem, that's what it's for - but on our kitchen floor and hardwood floor in the living room, it was an annoyance. We live in the country on a small farm so we are used to mud, but no one wears shoes in the house - one reason our 30-year old carpets still look pretty good.
I'm afraid if he were to wear dirty booties in one of those huge million dollar homes with white carpets he may have an issue. Your service is too good to suffer from a mere mistake by a young person. Please don;t take this as a complaint - it's not. I mean it as only a suggestion.
We were very happy with the results and needed them to come back. They did very quickly to take care of our concern and make sure we were 100% pleased. AND we are very Pleased. Both technicians were very nice and professional. We highly recommend.

Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations.
Technician was very knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted done, and did it. He didn’t try to sell us a service we didn’t want, but took time to explain things we could do to improve our air quality. He was careful with our house, to not ding corners as he worked. Job was done, timely and professionally. Will definitely use them again.
