Great customer service!

Caleb Puckett was the associate that cleaned my carpets and he was very prompt, professional and courteous. I had recently moved into a rental and the previous resident had a dog and left numerous stains on the carpets and they smelled bad as well. Caleb was able to get the stains out and the room smells so much better.

Jace was so amazing! It was such a fast turn around and carpet came out looking amazing and new. I would definitely use them again. He made sure he informed me on all the options (cause I had pet stains) and didn’t pressure me into additional cost, but so glad I took his advice!

I love how thorough, the tech, Charlie Pitts, was with the job! I love how clean the carpets are and pet stains were removed. Drying time was only a around 3-4 hrs. I like that this is an all natural way to get carpets cleaned! Highly recommend!
