Our service was fantastic. We used your company to treat our carpets prior to moving out of a rental and they look better than they did when we moved into the house. However, perhaps the best thing I can say about our experience was the exceptional customer service we received from the technician. I regret to say that I no longer remember his name, but he was so polite and thorough. I wish that more companies delivered as much in terms of professionalism and friendliness. Thank you!
