This is the second time I have used Zerorez. The first time was for my carpets and this time was for a sofa and recliner cleaning. As of now, I can only speak for the representative that came out to clean my rugs. He was a wealth of knowledge and I felt so comfortable with his suggestions of how to treat and clean my
rugs. I feel confident that I will be 100% satisfied with the outcome. I hope that all of the other reps are as kind hearted as he.

Guys do a great job for a great price and don't try to pressure me into expensive additional treatments. I have a dog that pees on my berber rug every day (I'm gone 12 hours each workday). Fortunately he is a small dog but over time, the urine gets into the padding and sub flooring. When he crosses the rainbow bridge, hopefully not for a long time, I will pull up the carpet and pad and start over. Till then, I can afford their 3 rooms and a hallway special 2-3 times each year.
