Austin does such a great job. I love how soft my carpet is after it's cleaned. I have white carpet and a very large dog. Austin keeps it looking good and I dont have to worry about chemicals. He has done my tile floors, too and the grout looked like new! I recommend Austin and zerorez without reservation.
Zerorez recently cleaned my carpets and air ducts. Techs were on time for both visits and were very professional. Everything looks great! When there was a misunderstanding about my coupon code, the home office went above my highest expectations to resolve it. I highly recommend them!

I like the fact that you provided exactly what was explained. A very clean carpet and it seems to be back to looking and feeling new. The stains went away to. The price was very Fair. What I was most surprised by was the Yong man that was the technician on our job. He was promoted and very Respectful and hard working. Cameron Thompson is a really good find for your company. You cleaned the carpet. The real test came when I got down close to the floor with the dog. My nose would normally immediately start giving me signals of the presence of dust and allergens, but after the cleaning I felt no swelling or other reaction at all. We are optimistic about the carpet staying clean longer based on the Zerorez claim that detergents are not left in the carpet to attract dirt more quickly.
