This is the second time I have used Zerorez. The first time was for my carpets and this time was for a sofa and recliner cleaning. Each time the technicians were very courteous and explained the process. They were efficient and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the results both times and highly recommend Zerorez.

As of now, I can only speak for the representative that came out to clean my rugs. He was a wealth of knowledge and I felt so comfortable with his suggestions of how to treat and clean my
