My carpets are so clean!! I dealt with professional people throughout the process.

My home just literally sparkles after my grout, carpet, area rug and upholstery cleaning!! I never thought that grout in the dining room would ever be white again. I was about to buy a couch when I decided to have this one cleaned instead. So glad I did. It looks new again. The area rug was fairly new, but the colors now pop! And the carpets are so soft. I didn't realize how hard they were till they were cleaned.

The guys that came in to clean were very professional and did a great job.

My tech, Robert, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He did a great job explaining the products and doing the actual cleaning.

Though I was on hold for a while and eventually hung up, Brandon called me back just a few moments later and answered all my questions. There were available appointments which worked well with my schedule. My technician, Chris, was friendly and helpful. He's now my new best friend. He worked quickly and did a great job! I loved the entire experience.
