The gentlemen that came to do our service were very friendly and appreciated that they were honest. Due to the condition that the previous owners had left the carpet in our new home, the main technician advised it might be hard to get some stains out. So we did a test on the worst room to see what it would look like after and it came out so good we did all 6 rooms, hallway, walk in closets, and did the stain repellent spray. I think it even surprised the technician how clean they came as there were a lot of dark heavy traffic areas as well as gum in a few spots.

Was so please by the work that was done & how professional the technicians were that I have already referred my parents to get their carpets done. Will not hesitate to use again for carpets or the other services zerorez offers! Thanks so much!!

We were extremely happy with the job that Zerorez Nashville did for us. We had a pet stained carpet that they were able to not only get the stain out but also the smell! The gentlemen that cleaned our carpet were very professional & took pride in their work! They were very pleasant to do business with & took precautions to not track footprints all over the house & even placed furniture guards on the furniture. Our carpet is nice & soft too!
