The technician they employ are always above board and very customer service oriented. Anthony Tucker cleaned our carpets in June and did a fantastic job. He took his time with the work and was very communicative with us through out. He even got a stain out that the previous technician was not able to remove. We will always use Zerorez.

Jason was great at answering all my questions and professional, he did a awesome job cleaning and explaining what needed to be done. It was a big job and it only took him 3 hours to complete. I would recommend Jason for anyone looking to have carpet cleaned. He was great with my animals and we had great conversations with him. Great young man.
