Loved the service that the technician provided. He explained everything in detail and answered all our questions as well as invited us to ask questions about the process. The person who came to clean, Charles, was the best part of this experience. He was professional, courteous, and informative. He worked diligently and efficiently to bring my carpets back from the brink. A friend who happened to be helping me with a project while charles was working plans to get service solely because of him.
