The young man that came to shampoo my rugs was very professional and nice. He explained the whole process to me and showed me things along the way. I like that your products don't have different chemicals in them. Caleb did a fantastic job and I would definitely call on zerorez again the next time I am ready to have my carpet cleaned again. Great service, Alex was great service man. He explained every step of what he was doing and some of the bad areas of the carpet we have. He was very professional and did an excellent job. Our carpet and furniture that was cleaned looks so much better now. And the slight pet odor we had is gone, We bathe out dog often but of course they still have an odor.
We will for sure be suing Zerorez again.
