Y'all, Zerorez does water/flood cleanup!!! Did you know that??? I didn't know that until we had flood waters come into a few rooms at church over the weekend. We didn't find the problem until we arrived for services Sunday morning. We called the big name disaster clean up place immediately and waited. We waited over 24 hrs when it became clear they would not be coming, and the carpet in the area was quickly moving towards a total loss. I called Zerorez and asked the impossible...AND THEY DELIVERED!!! 4 hours from the time I called, Robert and Brad were leaving after having done a fabulous job. They also left a couple of fans to help the area dry. Call Zerorez for regular cleanings, but remember them in disaster situations too. I wholeheartedly recommend them and THANK them for their responsiveness!!!
Especially appreciated Charles and Malcolm - very prompt, professional, and courteous. And, very much appreciate how quickly the carpet dried after the cleaning process.
Everyone I dealt with was so helpful and nice. The technician, Joe(?), did a great job of explaining the process and providing information about what results to expect from both the pet treatment and the cleaning. It was cleaned yesterday morning, and I just finished vacuuming this evening. The carpet looks beautiful! Thank you!
