Our Zerorez technician (Charles) was absolutely great! He arrived early, explained the process, and answered all of our questions. He did a really thorough job cleaning our sofa and area rug - he was also able to remove a large, dark smudge on our cream-coloured sofa. Great results. I've also used Zerorez for tile and grout cleaning. Highly recommend!

Loved Caleb, he was so polite, cheerful, helpful, punctual, and knowledgeable. I like that he called prior to getting to us so I knew what to expect. I was juggling a lot of things while he was here and he was understanding of that. He also did an awesome job, our carpets look soooo much better and they were in rough shape.
