He took his time with the work and was very communicative with us through out. He even got a stain out that the previous technician was not able to remove. We will always use Zerorez.

Jason was great at answering all my questions and professional, he did a awesome job cleaning and explaining what needed to be done. It was a big job and it only took him 3 hours to complete. I would recommend Jason for anyone looking to have carpet cleaned. He was great with my animals and we had great conversations with him. Great young man.

Our Zerorez technician (Charles) was absolutely great! He arrived early, explained the process, and answered all of our questions. He did a really thorough job cleaning our sofa and area rug - he was also able to remove a large, dark smudge on our cream-coloured sofa. Great results. I've also used Zerorez for tile and grout cleaning. Highly recommend!
