In fact you were there the same day I called which was great because if my parents had to wait or rethink their decision to accept help, they probably would have changed their mind. They also were very pleased with the woman who was sent to their house to help them.

The over and above care one gives my Mom - organising doctor visits, accompanying her to the doctors, hopefully getting her to exercise and eat properly.

We are talking almost three years ago now, but then, you were very prompt to our inquiry, and very professional.

Very ikely to ecommend. Enabled me to feel my cousin was not alone while I was back in Calgary. Reports from some of his visitors indicated that some of the Nurse next Door caregivers were more attentive to others and that some seemed to feel that if my cousin had visitors then they did not need to be the ones to give him drinks etc. I was not a witness of this so cannoy verify it. I do feel that the caregiver beimg employed is the one that should be attending to the patients needs and not visitors.

I had no problems with the scheduling and found all to be very helpful.

E-mail communication with case manager is prompt and to the point whether initiated from my side or her side. In service care is patient and slowly winning my mom over to acceptance of needing help without being to pushy.

I liked the immediate and compassionate response that I received from Wendy when I first called in July. I felt I was leaving my Mum in good hands. The person you sent to help Mum, Lasandra, was excellent. This helped my Mum to enjoy the experience.

First of all I hope I answered correctly, I meant very likely. I like the commitment and follow ups. My mother enjoys Chris's company very much. My only concern with my mother is she does not request anything for Chris to do and if she would go on an errand (like Wal-Mart) it would help us out a little bit on the weekends. She needs to get out of the house(mid-week). I know my mom can come up with lots of excuses not to go out but she needs a lot encouragement to do so. Thank-you for everything! Name removed

The care giver was selected according to the client's needs. They kept in touch and always voiced any concerns or problems that might arise. The daily log is very valuable for the family to read and to pass on info if required. The site is user friendly and e-mail was always answered. Humor is the best medicine and this certainly was used many times.

I needed your services for a short time a couple of years ago for my Mom. I was able to have someone come into her home within a day of contacting you and that I thought was very prompt service. Beth, who assessed my Mom's needs was very professional and caring. Every caregiver that came into my Mom's home was the same as Beth. My Mom felt very comfortable having the women in her home and so was I. I found the service quite expensive but worth every penny in the end. I would not hesitate recommending Nurse Next Door.
