Everything; I cannot speak highly enough of you. Wendy personally pretty much saved my life (I actually mean that!)the first time I called your service over a year ago. Both other times I've called you, you have responded immediately: with respect, with patience and with results. Last Friday when I called at night to find someone to help me the following morning, Allie called me back not once but several times to assist me in trying to find someone who could drive. That kind of assistance is "above and beyond". She could easily simply have said "I'm sorry, we don't have anyone". Instead, she made some calls in efforts to locate someone who could drive. Although she was unsuccessful (give the poor girl a break, who do I think I am expecting - or even hoping - to find a person with a car who would be available just a few ours later? I was amazed that she offered to try.) Allie accommodated my last-minute request for help for the following morning. The two women who have helped me (for example, Brianna last week) have been fantastic: personable, cheerful, compassionate...and when Wendy came the first time i had to contact your service, she came in minutes (seriously) and absolutely blew me away with her warmth, her concern and her compassion.

I have tried to contact other services and wouldn't consider using anyone else, ever. I love the fact that you can be called on short notice (my condition is unpredictable, to say the least) and on weekends. The "Other Service" (gee whiz, what's the name again, slips my mind at the moment!!!) claims to "care" about their clients, but I received a pretty poor reception when I called them prior to discovering you, and was told they could not schedule anyone for three days hence! One has to wonder about a home nursing service claiming to "care" when in fact "They Care" only from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, but not on weekends (sorry about the slight tone of facetiousness!). Don't publish this, okay??? I'm on CPP Level 2 disability and can't afford a lawsuit.
