I was reluctant to take my car to Precision, but after looking at the reviews and all the kind things that was posted, I decided to give them a try. I am pleased to say I was not disappointed. The customer service by Shawn was impeccable and the clarity of the work to be done made me feel comfortable enough to allow them to do the needed repairs. I am completely satisfied with the results of the repairs and the time frame in which the repairs were done, because my car is riding so much better. I very pleased with my overall experience.

Precision Tune changed my oil and rotated my tires within an hour. Also, the nice technician that worked on my car saw that I was struggling to walk to a restaurant nearby and he gave me a ride there and also picked me up. Now that's service!
