I was there for an oil change. Staff was very courteous and hardly no wait time. They explained what was checked under the hood. Also, they are very reasonable in pricing for their services. I will definitely be going back to Precision for service on my car.

Good service
I had an emergency and pulled into their lot where my gas tank had promptly fallen off my truck.
They came out, actually saved as much gas that was pouring onto their pavement, got my truck on a lift, surveyed the damage and let us know what they could do.
They got another gas tank (mine had a huge hole in it where it struck the pavement), installed it with new straps and inlet.
They could have charged me a fortune because it was an emergency and I was really kind of stuck without them.
Yet they charged me way less than I was expecting and it was ready the same day. Every single person working there was very friendly, honest with us and very respectful.

They perform the services in a timely manner and my appointment was just over an hour for an oil change/filter, tire rotation and NC safety inspection. The cost for the services are competitive, too.

Because the way that you treat people makes them comes back and sends other to you. After not being able to get in for an oil change and inspection with others, I called and they were willing to fit us right in. We called ahead and was told there was a small wait but they could see us. We were in and out in a timely manner. Service was great! Amanda is great and her staff is wonderful!
I like the fast and reliable service that Precsion Tune has. The service desk personel are very friendly and will do their best to get you in and out if it is something small. I've gotten my oil changed and tires put on and rotated by them for the past 8 years and have never been disappointed.
