It’s very straight forward - request the services needed for your vehicle, they’ll write it up and let you know the projected total, and I always drop off the vehicle and they ALWAYS call to let me know as soon as the vehicle is done.

Michael at Precision Tune works with me if more needs to be done to my car than I can afford at the moment. He helps me decide priorities and never tries to upsell me. The work has always been satisfactory and accomplished in a timely manner. I would recommend their services to anyone.

The customer service was phenomenal! From check-in to check-out. Chris is exceptional at what he does. I was quoted an hour and a half from when I checked in I was done in an hour 40 minutes prior to my expectations the price was also way more affordable than their competitor at Take 5 who quoted me nearly double!
