It was your typical day of just getting the daily tasks done when a call announced a family member had suffered a medical emergency. This emergency was going to create an immediate 1000 miles be driven tomorrow. I immediately start my checklist of travel needs and noticed at 3:10pm on Friday I needed an oil change before I leave. I called Percision Tune explained my situation and Dave the manager on duty said bring in your vehicle now and we will take care of you. I arrived at the location at 3:35 and was ready to leave at 4:30. I truly appreciate the care and understanding that drives their customer service they provide. Thank you Zack and James Sample for creating a business that cares.

The service was fast and friendly. I have no complaints. I’m glad this was a corporate location. I don’t trust the locations in Atlanta that are franchises because they seem to want to overcharge customers.

Great customer service
I was having a lot of issues with my car, and the mechanic (Supreme Auto) was I feel jerking me around. I had been to Precision before, so I went back and they found multiple problems. Obviously, that was not what I wanted to hear but at least I found out what the issues were. I was able to fix (3) of (4) and will be back for the final one.
They are good people, and I will never go to any other mechanic. They are good people especially the owner, very nice man. Highly recommend Precision.
