I went to the Precision to get my car’s oil change done. I was greeted by Shan and he was very kind and pleasant. He did my oil change very quickly and efficiently. I had a very pleasant experience. The manager Mr. Bert also gave me a good deal. Overall I would rate my experience 10/10. Good Luck!

I like that the mechanics are very knowledgeable and thorough in their inspections. The Front Desk associates are VERY friendly and accommodating, Rae is my favorite, sorry guys but I've known her there the longest, BUT Cody and Drew are great too! Love the changes to the lobby to make it relaxing and a nice place to sit and wait. ALSO, getting the Uber ride to my house from the shop when I dropped my car off was a very nice touch. This has been and continues to be my go-to place for car repairs and maintenance.

I brought my car into Precision Tune for its annual vehicle inspection. My car is 20 years old and needed some muffler work, which Precision Tune does not perform.
However, Jim, the tech at the front counter, went the extra mile to recommend a couple of muffler shops which would be able to do the work.
Thank you, Jim, for taking that extra time for me.
I have been bringing my vehicle to Precision Tune for the last 13 years, and won't trust it to anyone else.

Great prices. they replaced evaporator core, heater core, cv axle and a few other things. my ac and heat work now. they were fast and efficient on the work they did. they also offer financing. they communicated very well on the price, the work that needed done, and the updates. they even answered all questions I had before during and after the work was done. Will be going back for further repairs i will need done on my vehicle. I recommend this shop.
The gentlemen who checked me in was very friendly, provided me with multiple updates along the process of their work, and they were done with my service in a very reasonable time. Definitely will be going back.

I don't normally get an "honest vibe" from mechanic shops, but I 100% felt like they were being honest with their assessments.
Also, they don't offer free valet service, but Felicia offered to drop me off and pick me up. They go above and beyond for their customers.
