Omg—my daughter and I were 5 miles outside of Nashville on our way back to Savannah. It was early and nothing was open when our van started shaking violently. Not only was this location open, they looked at my van immediately, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within 2 hours. What could’ve been a disaster ended up being a minor inconvenience. If I lived there—I’d totally go here all the time!

I went to Precision Tune Auto Care to have my car serviced. I had a tune-up, tires rotated, new wipers installed as I had requested. The gentleman that checked me asked if I would like to get my inspection done too. I told him I had not gotten the paperwork. He explained I was in the window where I could go ahead and get that taken care of, if I so desired. I readily agreed to that. As the car was being serviced and inspected he told me that the brake fluid would need to be replaced sometime in the not too distant future. He said it did not have to be done at that time. At my request, he let me know what the total would be for all I was having done and gave me the individual costs. I so much appreciate their honesty, as well as great service all the way around!

I always get the greatest service at precision tune. They always make sure I understand everything I need and they're always willing to work with me on when I get it done and I never feel pressured to get it done right then.
They were able to schedule our repair quickly and they completed the repair quickly. We asked them to add an oil change and still completed in one day. It is great to have this service on the army post.

Nothing but good things to say regarding Amit and his team. They are very knowledgeable, capable and fair in servicing my vehicles. I have been coming here for about seven years and have never had a bad experience. They give me an estimate, communicate what they have found and discuss options. Vehicles are generally repaired within the same day of bringing them in.

Tonya is always very pleasant and knows what she is doing. My only complaint is that it should cost no more than 20 dollars to do and air filter in an 04 Avalon. They used an off brand filter and it is just a few clips to pop open it is no more than a five min job. Ten dollar filter 10 dollars labor and 30 tops if you have to pay to have it delivered and it isn't in stock. 40 dollars way to much in my opinion. That is a corporate decision and not a Tonya decision so I am not mad at her she didn't set the price.
