I expressed concerns about the pricing of a cabin air filter (it seems steep to charge $45 labor for something that takes less than 5 minutes to do -- that's as much as I make for one full hour of work & overhead expenses). But the lady who worked with me was very kind to resolve that concern.

The staff is always friendly. The work is professional and while the mechanics may recommend additional work, there is never any pressure. I have sent several members of my family to my local Precision Tune in Cary because I know they will be treated fairly and honestly.
I took both my cars to the Wake Forest location this week for oil changes and tire rotation. On my truck, I asked the Service Advisor to check on a noise that I thought I hear. They checked the entire front end of the truck and all was good. Since both vehicles are high mileage ( 150,000 miles) they could easily find something wrong to ask for additional service. But not the case. They have been my only mechanic for 3 plus years since moving to Wake Forest and I will continue to use them.
Freindly quick on helping to do job
The honesty and integrity displayed by the owner/manager at the shop I used in West Columbia, SC. They did not fix my vehicle's problem the first time. When I had to bring the vehicle back, they made additional repairs without charge. I was willing to pay for the parts, but the owner/manager stated, "We take care of our customers."
