I had the four spark plugs replaced and an inspection on the exhaust system per my maintenance schedule. The work was done in one visit and in good time. The mechanic drove the car around the block to ensure that it was in good condition. The price was competitive and the manager was very courteous and professional as was the mechanic.

First upon calling Jon, he said no problem to look at my daughter’s car which is an older car that no one else could do the work on. Jon was so kind and helpful to get the car fixed in less than a day and for a great price. My daughter and I could not be thankful as she is working in that area while I’m in completely different state. If any issues ever accrue again I will surely call Jon at this location. Thanks again

1. The mechanics do good work. I've never had to come back because something was done incorrectly.
2. The prices - while not cheap - are fair. They're certainly a lot more affordable than a dealership's would be.
3. The work gets done quickly. These guys always make an effort to get my car back to me as soon as possible.
On my recent visit, I had to have the catalytic converter replaced because the car failed its smog test. Precision Tune not only replaced the converter, but they also got the smog test done for me. That saved me a trip to the DMV. Courtesies like this keep me coming back whenever I need something done. I recommend Precision Tune to everyone I know.
The technicians there thoroughly explained any suggested repairs and take the customer to visually look at them before a decision is made. They helped me when an unexpected issue with my car happened on a SATURDAY morning as I was leaving for Houston. I contacted them, explained my situation, and they said they would look at my vehicle as soon as I could get there. Within an hour, they diagnosed the problem, explained what was needed, and the cost to repair. Precision Tune Auto Care exceeded my expectations. I will never forget their willingness to help me without delay, ensuring I didn't get on the road before knowing if my vehicle was safe to drive. After making other travel arrangements, I approved the repair. They got the parts, made the repair, and the car was ready for pick up by the end of the day on Monday. I have already used them to service another vehicle, which I brought in without an appointment, and in 2 hours, they called to say the car was ready. Precision Tune Auto Care has given me every reason to use them for all my vehicle needs and to recommend them to everyone I know. Important footnote: The first mechanic shop I called that Saturday morning was Advanced Auto Car, on Jefferson Hwy. After explaining my unexpected situation, I was told they were too busy and wouldn't be able to look at my car until maybe Wednesday. Some things are just worth remembering.
