Everything and no thanks
Wow! What a wonderful group of young men - so nice, so polite, so kind, and so strong. Moving is very stressful, but these four kids were competent and made the experience much more positive than we had anticipated. Thank you so very much.
The two movers showed on time, worked consistently and carefully until the move was complete. Nothing was damaged, and the entire effort took only 3.5 hours.

Everything! The Meathead Movers Team were amazing! Paige in customer service made the sent up process and everything in between up to the move so easy. On Moving day, Raine and his team were so fast, efficient and friendly. They had my home, which four generations of my family have lived in, packed in the truck within an hour and a half. They took exceptional care of everything. I would recommend Meathead Movers to anyone looking to move.
Very friendly service! The folks at the call center are great when you call, Melissa was really helpful with the process. When the guys arrived, they were super fast with the move. Someone was always in contact - to let us know they were on the way, also texting us pictures of the movers who would be arriving while they were enroute so we would know who to expect. They also made sure the list of items moved matched and/or was updated properly. Properly wrapped up the heavy items, no damage or scratches. I am extremely thankful that they were willing to accommodate us, as my mother is immunocompromised, and wear masks during the move - thank you so much!!

The movers themselves were great.
The sales department are not.
For example, Garrett told me he had estimated my costs for the "no more than" quote very high, so I wouldn't incur extra charges if I had more to move.
Because of an unforeseen disaster, I had considerably LESS to move. So much less that the actual movers, who were great, kept trying to get the charge down.
The sales people refused.
So double shaft: No reduction when the exceedingly expensive job was a small fraction of what had been planned and expected, AND you stuck to what you had BRAGGED was a very high estimate for the binding "no more than" quote.
A reasonable person would believe that purposefully quoting higher than expected charges would mean that if the move was NOT greater than expected, that estimate would be adjusted downward, at least to match what the customer had expected to move. (And some of the items the movers read from their expected-inventory list didn't match what I had tried to convey: your categories are insufficient. A folding table is not a dining table with six chairs.)
I was expecting a premium experience. I got instead a premium shaft.
The moving team guys were great. But not only can I not recommend Meathead, I would warn people against using you.
