It was easy to book. The guys showed up on time and took great care of all my furniture. This is the first time I didn’t have any kind of damage to my furniture. They were both courteous and professional. I would definitely use them again.
Everyone I worked with during the course of my move was extremely helpful and friendly. Your crew picked up my furniture and household items on schedule and packed them carefully and professionally into the trucks. Delivery was made when promised and Omar and Sam did a phenomenal job of putting everything right where I wanted it. In spite of a long and tiring day, they both maintained a cheerful and humorous attitude throughout.

We used Meathead movers to pack our truck before moving to Tennessee from California.
First, the furniture was packed horribly. Our bed frames and end tables are damaged now. I’m not even sure how they packed the nightstand to have a huge scuff in the wood on top.
Next the pair that was sent to us was two guys one being very young. I thought we were paying professionals who could efficiently and effectively pack for us. The movers decided what they would fit in the truck and what they would leave without even talking to us. Also, our expensive tv was wrapped in a thin blanket even though I requested boxes for it prior to the move.
This cost us almost $900 for a terrible experience. I think this is absurd

OK, since you asked.
1) You NEED to give your folks Square card readers and apps on their phones. I can't believe our guy used an old fashioned credit card carbon/ncr slip to run the card.
2) I had asked if we could be billed for the move, and I thought that was approved. We have the movers coming tomorrow. It's a lot easier and faster to get them out of here if we can be billed.

Caleb and his partner hit knocked a large handcarved mirror off our alfrescoed wall when moving our king bed down the stairs. We were told we would be called by one of the five regional managers, most likely Aaron. When we did not hear from anyone this morning, we called into your home office and we’re assured we would receive a call back. It is almost 4 pm and nobody has reached out to us. We paid the extra expense and took out insurance, We’re very disappointed-we used to think Meathead was a great company, we can no longer say that or recommend you to our friends and family.

My husband and I felt they were very careful and very courteous. We will use them again, and we highly recommend this company. My husband's parents moved from their home to assisted living. They had limited space in their new apartment. We moved more than needed for the space they had. the movers called their boss and took back the extra furniture that they couldn't use.
Really appreciate them, and I recommend having cash on hand to tip the hard-working movers!
My art piece was broken and I think you did it before it got on the truck and then told me it was broken in transit. So you wouldn't be responsible. It was Important to me and I told the team that and to be very careful. You had very little in the way of furniture to move and tried to just load all the boxes into the garage I had to tell you to bring them upstairs into the rooms they were suppose to be in. Not good Listening skills at all. The team leader was a disappointment.

We used Meathead movers on our last move and it was very quick and efficient. This recent move took way too long for our 1000 sq ft house. We had already made several trips ourselves so we had some big items left but no more than we had the previous move. A bedroom door in the house we moved out of had something called into it leaving a hole and a piece of our dresser drawer was broken off. Not sure I would use this company again.
We have used Meathead Movers three times in the past 5 years. Each time the crews are polite, neat and strong. They work quickly and carefully and are always ready to go above and beyond. I highly recommend this company.
