Everyone from the office staff to the movers were very polite, helpful and accommodating. It was an easy process.

The estimate was off by 50 percent. That isn't acceptable. Our job was a 3 to 4 man job and we were only given 2. A request was made for more manpower, but was denied. Some of the things we were told to do before the move made the job more difficult for the movers. We paid for overtime on a job that would have taken 5 hours if properly staffed.
The service was excellent and the workers were very friendly and diligent in their work. The only thing I would suggest is to consider having a two hour agreement instead of a three hour agreement. I appreciate your service and have recommended you to my friends and neighbors.
Meathead movers made my move in enjoyable. I had been dreading the move in because I was downsizing a little and didn’t know exactly where some things would go. They moved a few things around for me in different places until we found the right fit for things to keep and things to set aside. They were professional, dependable, friendly, flexible, patient, and felt like family. We made a good team. They treated my mother and I with courtesy and respect. And they kept my move moving and organized. There were no down times and they did a fantastic job. I would be happy to have them back any time!

Fair prices and (they did not end up charging us the maximum) they moved quickly. They were such respectful young workers! I couldn’t recommend this company enough!! The customer service is crazy good!
We've moved with Meathead 3 or 4 times with brilliant results. However. They moved us into an apt in 1 25-ft truck on Halloween 2020. 1 year later, I called and told them we're moving everything we moved a year before into a storage unit, except an additional mini-fridge. Crew of 4 came out to move us and couldn't this time fit it all into the truck. I got an additional Uhaul truck when it looked like they couldn't fit it like the last crew did. However, after loading the largest "spillover" items into the Uhaul, they declared that they weren't 'under contract' to move everything. Their supervisor said they would load the uHaul, the lead guy said I misunderstood. They left 1/2 a garage worth of things ALL OVER EVERY ROOM in the house and garage. They said they'd wrap and take a glass coffee table. They didn't. We asked if they would at least load the mini-fridge into the uhaul and they said no. They left chairs, end tables, pole lamps and too many items to mention. They told us we could hire another Meathead Movers crew to finish the job we contracted for. That crew came out the next day and were great, but it cost us another $1,000 and we had to get yet another storage unit because they couldn't fit it in the unit the size of the truck they first moved us into the apt with. Total ripoff of retired people. Every other time we've moved with Meathead, their crew moved every single item out and all I had to do was sweep the floor. I had so much confidence that this would be another good experience that I didn't even look for other bids for the move. They gave us a quote to our original inventory, then extorted another $1,000 to finish the contracted job. You can make things right by refunding the $1,000 you charged us to finish the job you refused to finish.

I have now used Meathead Movers twice. Although Meathead Movers is a bit more expensive than other moving companies, I like that there is ongoing communication from the service representative about the moving day. The movers arrived on time both moves. The movers were polite, clean, respectful of our home and furniture. They were very efficient. Both times they finished before the allocated time. I have nothing but good things to say about Meathead Movers.

All of the people, from first contact to last were exceptionally polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I felt very confident my move would be smooth, and it was. Caleb and Gavin did a great job loading, unloading, and squeezing the rest of my stuff into storage. I could not have made this move without such wonderful young men doing all the heavy lifting.
