It would be helpful/nice when being quoted a price to explain that you pay for the lunch break the movers take. I didn’t calculate that into our expenses, and while we didn’t hit our maximum quote I had expected to be lower than where we were as I anticipated 4-5 hours to move, for actual moving and drive time. Which was accurate, but we paid for 6 because we paid for the hour+ break. Just would’ve loved to have known that up front.
For the most part everything is up front. Very impressive that they send supervisors during the move to see how everything is progressing.

Showed up late, didn’t hustle, extremely unorganized, made many mistakes with what was suppose to go into storage versus in our new house, 30 minutes late from returning from lunch. Because of all of this, we paid the maximum. This move should have cost $ 7,000 not $9,500.
Scratched my wood floors, lost legs to my bed, broken items and damaged.
The two guys went way out of their way to accomodate us. They were punctual, quick and efficient. The reservation process and confirmation process was also streamlined and easy to understand. You have a good system in place.

Jeremy, Paris, Ahkar, Leonardo, Tanner and Jorge went above and beyond our expectations and we couldn't be more happy with their services. Before their arrival they sent a text with the "starting lineup" list of the names and images of the crew that would be arriving at our home. This was so helpful in knowing exactly who to expect coming inside of our home. With all the scams out there, this added level of security was super important to us. They arrived on time and each person greeted us upon arrival. After our greetings, they went over the paperwork and everything was exactly as described in our initial phone consultation. (No surprises or hidden fees and you don't pay until they're done!)
The moving process immediately began and each person got busy right away. Every single piece of furniture was protected and wrapped in plastic and thick padded blankets, they took the best care of all of our furniture no matter what the size. Our Meathead Movers were very responsible, dependable, trustworthy, polite, kind, and caring, and showed great respect for all of our treasured belongings. They were very willing to accommodate any last minute changes of which pieces of furniture went upstairs or down. They happily moved or rearranged whatever we needed.

What can I say... I was stressed about moving and then Meathead Movers showed up. I had 4 helpers that moved everything for me. Professional and courteous. I couldn't have done it without them.

The packers were polite, worked quickly and efficiently and took good care of my belongings. When they left the house looked much better than when they arrived, with all the boxes neatly stacked and marked so the movers will have little to no trouble putting them in the right rooms in the new place.
