This experience not as great as my last experience with Meathead. Some furniture items were slightly damaged, care was not taken when carrying larger items ( at one point a piece of furniture was being carried overhead and hit a hanging clearance sign in the parking garage), and the team seemed less enthusiastic (except for one guy who was awesome). The customer service team was also great. They were patient and helpful every time I had to call in ahead of the move. After my last move with Meathead, I would have given an enthusiastic 10/10, but this time, not so much.
$2500 of items never made it to the destination address. Big bulky items that couldn’t have been missed. I did walk through of origin house and nothing was left behind. And your company did nothing to address it! Horrible!! Especially after paying an extremely high price to move!

thank you for making this work...ours was not a large job, but was a rather heavy job taking a desk up the stairs. The guys were prompt, friendly...did job in timely manner and it went without a hitch. Felt badly that guys had to go on to camarillo after leaving my house...a pretty far distance.
