Professional efficient and pleasant
Multiple broken items, boxes unloaded and placed very inconsistently and placed anywhere taking up too much room. A high quantity of boxes placed upside down. Boxes should be stacked neatly to allow movement in the room and with the top up!

I was at our new house when I called for help. You have to know exactly what you’re moving. I did not inform them of every item and they would not move a few things because it wasn’t on the list. It was plenty of room on the truck and plenty of time left. I recommend your guys be a little more flexible.

The crew worked very hard and fast. They treated furniture and other items as if they were their own. Very good crewe.
I was unable to be there so I had my wife there to let them in. We just moved our stuff out of the storage and almost every piece of furniture was damaged. I had a 60” television just put in the back of the storage. Wasn’t in a box wasn’t wrapped wasn’t anything just put in the back on the floor. Our kids dressers which were new are now all scratched. My daughters bed was broken when they took it apart and all the parts weren’t even saved. I had to purchase replacement parts and have one of the rails fixed. I was charged even more because the lady who set it up was confused and that confusion cost me more than I could affords. I explained I had a certain amount of boxes already packed and need the rest finished. She took that as I on needed those boxes moved. In all, this move has cost me thousands more than I wanted in damages and your employees confusion.
I will give the good and the terrible. Bad news is that they literally did thousands of dollars in damage to my home and furniture…. When I say damage, I mean, actual damage to my home, walls, banister, furniture, flooring and doors. Important to note that this was a very high end home and the furniture,… Perhaps they cater to a different audience. The good news is that after a battle, they reimbursed me for most of the repair costs. My recommendation is that you keep shopping.
