Everything! The FaceTime assessment of the house contents, the number of guys/trucks used, the speed of the move. All was well worth the cost. Oh and nothing was broken.

I made a number of phone calls to your 800 number before the day of the move. Each time it was easy to get through and talk to a live person. And, each time the person I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. The day of the move the movers were professional and did a great job.
Finally, I applaud the fact that Meathead Movers moves domestic violence victims at no charge.
Will definitely refer others to you and use you again myself!
Couldn’t have made our move without the guys who packed up our Pods.
I was able to make one phone call and the move advisor was able to coordinate the entire move and schedule dates as well as two stops on the move day. Everything that was promised was delivered on the move day. I have used other National and local firms without the same results. I will definitely use Meathead’s again as well as recommend them.
One of the two movers was brand new and in training which slowed down my easy move (down the street). There should have been a third mover so clients money didn’t get wasted. I was disappointed.
The main guy was excellent but the pace wasn’t acceptable. I could tell he was getting frustrated with his trainee.

We had the same size truck move us to our storage unit from Arizona to Fresno. Everything was covered in blankets and stacked efficiently. No damage to anything as we met them at the storage unit to supervise the offload. When your company moved us from our storage unit to our new house, your guys contacted me to come to the unit as the couldn't get everything in. Nothing was covered and everything was crammed in. My sister and I had to load the remainder of our items in our cars. When we got our items delivered, we had several items broken or damaged and our stairs were damaged from them taking the master bed frame up the stairs. The guys were nice but the move did not go well. We delayed on sending this because we don't like to give bad reviews but since you are asking again, this is what happened.
My brand new fridge was dented and scratched all down the front of the stainless steel. I have to go through the claims process to get it fixed. It is very difficult.
The movers were prompt, efficient, and courteous. They completed the move faster and better than I expected.
