Customer Testimonials
Friendly staff easy to register. I do hate that the cards are gone and it's all apps now
I enjoy the exciting and creative options you pick for the day trips. I would not be able to experience these outings on my own.
Excellent amenities and pricing for families
I love the instructors for the group exercise. The one thing I wish would happen would be larger capacity spaces. I know space is limited at this facility, but the group exercise classes are so good, I wish they’d either move to another center that could hold more people in the space, or add additional classes with these instructors (either at the aquatic center or at facility nearby).
Nice and clean friendly and professional staff!

Very friendly and safe atmosphere!
I have been a member at ASRC since 2017. They offer a wide variety of exercise classes; Texas A&M Agrilife classes; trips - day, overnight, out of state and out of country; educational classes; dance classes; chair volleyball; Tai Chi; belly dancing; concerts; lunches; free coffee, tea, ice; many health presentations; Veterans Day and Memorial Day observations; book club; pool; exercise equipment room; electric trikes; literally something for everyone. I haven't begun to cover everything. This is a very friendly, welcoming place (I have been to other Sr. Centers). Allen residents pay $5/year for membership. Non-residents pay $24/year.
The folks at the desk are friendly and helpful.
I left my ID there on one occasion and they called and told me they had it.
I had been looking for it.
Plenty of activities for all age group.
More day trips please.
I absolutely love Steven Terrell! The facilities are amazing, and I really enjoy having so many different classes to choose from. The gym is very complete and has everything you need for a great workout. And the CrossFit area with that view… WOW! 🤩 It makes working out even better. Highly recommend!
The exercise options are many. From the aquatics classes, to the weights and machines, to the exercise classes, there is something for everyone.

he Stephen Terrell Recreation Center is an excellent facility with something for everyone. I regularly use the gym and track, both of which are well-maintained and provide a great environment for exercise. The staff members are consistently friendly, professional, and willing to help.
