The staff are so friendly and helpful. Our family was given a complete tour of their exceptional exercise facility. After we joined the facility, they were also very helpful in explaining how to use all of the exercise machines and which machines were used to improve each set of muscles.
I enjoyed swimming at the lap pool, and it seems well maintained with ample lifeguards present that made me feel safe while swimming.
