How clean the place is on the second floor exercise area
Like the variety of classes and friendly staff. I was afraid to ride a bike after my back surgery so I took the trike orientation class and was thrilled to have this option as an outdoor activity. It seems more bike rental shops now offer trike rentals which is great. My husband plays chair volleyball and enjoys the exercise and interaction with other seniors. He is looking forward to the chair volleyball meet in Lewisville.
