Clean place
We loved the coach and how he worked with the kids. Negative: front desk staff- We're members and it was frustrating that when we sign in as a family, there are 3 members, 3 people present, and every time we scan in they ask with an attitude who all is here ...they also have our pictures, so it's kind of absurd.
I like that there are several aerobic machines available - not just 3 or 4.
The staff is always friendly and greets me each time I come in.
It's nice that towels are provided for patrons to use.

The people are great. The facility is spotless. They have all of the things that an active person would like to do. Basketball Pickleball, indoor track and extensive strength training facilities.

Everything! I enjoy the facility and all of the different exercise options. The employees are always friendly and eager to help. My only complaint is that we don't live closer to the center.

It's always clean in the gym and people are respectful. The staff is available to answer questions when needed. I wish there was a bit more room.

I've only been a member for a few months, but I'm enjoying my time there.
My daughter loved her art camp experience! She had fun and learned a lot about different art techniques. As a parent, it was very easy to sign up and drop off/pick up was great. The front desk staff was kind enough to watch her when I got stuck in traffic and was 5 mins late to pickup.
The staff is always SUPER friendly and helpful. We thought we had left my husband's wallet up there, so I called. The sweet woman who answered the phone not only checked the lost and found, but put me on hold so she could run downstairs and check one more place for me. That is ABOVE and BEYOND on customer service. I'm always greeted warmly, the facilities are always clean, and I've never run into any issues whatsoever. I love taking my lunch hour to ride the bike and look out the window at the fountain.

Varied free classes
I love the center a lot. Bingo is fun and the trips are wonderful. It keeps us old ladies busy.
Did some treadmill and weight machine workout. All good.

Allen Senior Center is a safe environment and very clean. The front desk staff are very courteous and helpful. They offer several classes and a gym and stretching room for our convenience.
We love the play area for kids. Also the gym and other facilities are pretty good.
