The facility accommodates all people from the toddler to the senior. There is typically plenty of treadmills, ellipticals and other equipment available. Also there are classes I can take for just the cost of membership. Parking is ample also.

I go mostly for the exercise. It’s a big plus to be on the machines and look out on trees, flowers and a hikong trail.

My wife and I go to ASRC twice each week to attend a class called “Growing Stronger” which involves weights, HIIT, and work on the mats as well. It is an excellent class, always at max capacity, and we’ve been attending for 3+ years. So have most of the people in the class.
The instructor (Tess) is excellent and the staff are all extremely helpful. Note that I was hesitant originally, but obviously I was not only wrong initially, but it’s turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve made.
I highly recommend the many options that ASRC has to offer for all ages. 👍🏻👍🏻
I take the classes I love from great teachers and because of that I’m much younger and fitter than my chronological years would suggest.
The people and fitness classes
I have taken many classes here and have enjoyed every one. I have also worked out in the little gym. A great place for seniors.

I like everything that the facility has to offer. A lot more than I could do with a home gym. I haven't tried any of the group classes yet, but Im looking forward to finding an interesting one! The rates are OK, I feel that the senior rate could be lower, but I understand all the maintenence of such a large facility is necessary to have enough funds to cover all personnel expenses. At times it can get crowded, which is a testament to how popular this place is!
