I love having access to the water classes in particular. Not only are the instructors and workouts great, but I've made some friends along the way.
There are a number of different machines in the workout room and we have the option of swimming if we want to do that instead or with our work out.
We've always had great love for the Joe Farmer Rec Center. The staff and environment feels like a home gym. The staff great you so friendly, they become familiar with you and cater to your needs while your there. They are engaging and extremely friendly. The gym is always clean the basketball court which we use the most is always clean and fun. I encourage anyone and everyone to go and explore all that Joe Farmer has to offer. A lot of family activities.
Facility has everything I need. Only complaint is the pilates room temperature. This past few summers were uncomfortably warm in this room and since new unit it's now too cold.
I know the facility is working on getting it right so I'm hopeful it gets better.

The DRAC has a nice neighborhood feel to it. The staff are accommodating, and I like being able to work out together with my wife.

Group exercises
The most precious part of the Allen Senior Recreation Center is its warm, accommodating staff and volunteers. Their creativity, efficiency, and genuine care shine through in everything they do. The programs and events they offer are always enjoyable and engaging, giving us seniors countless moments to cherish.
The AM deep water aerobics class is always a great workout. The cost of membership is very affordable. Overall, the Rodenbaugh aquatics facility is a good value.

Clean not crowded
Over all, the facility and staff are awesome. All of the employees in the upstairs gym area are great. Friendly and helpful. Downstairs, Brendan and the lovely lady with blue and/or purple and/or pink hair are amazing. Always kind and welcoming.
My two small suggestions, and I know you all have been short staffed...
1- I wish there was a more affordable option, and a better option for bundling. Maybe things have changed, but when I last looked, bundling up with the other one or two facilities would be amazing. The pricing for just the Aquatic Center is okay, but I feel like if everyone in my family doesn't go up there several times a week, it is not worth the money. I mostly use the gym. So this is mostly a 'me' thing. But still, who doesn't want discounts or more affordable options.
2- The big slide. The main reason my kids want to go up there to swim is for the big slide. So, when it isn't open, they don't want to go. When they don't go, I'm paying almost $60 a month for me to go to a gym. There are several options for a gym that are way cheaper. So the big slide not being open basically makes the family plan, for us, pointless.
I really I really enjoy this location. Simple, clean, friendly, not too crowded.
P.S. later/earlier access or remote access for just the gym would be awesome. I know the ROI doesn't make sense for you all. But every now and then my schedule gets weird and I can not make your hours work.

Allen Senior Center offers a variety of events for everyone. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the programs. Allen Senior Center is also very clean and well organized. I feel very grateful for being able to attend their programs and classes.
It's a clean, healthy environment for members, staff is friendly and helpful. Towels are always readily available, adequate parking, indoor track is great and equipment is adequate.
Friendly, helpful staff, clean facility, decent equipment, nicely cooled (in the summer) environment.
Clean and well-lit facility with lots of options for exercise -- good variety and quantity of cardio machines, free weights, weight machines, classes, childcare, etc. we enjoy the indoor walking track.
