Friendly, clean. Fun class.
Great classes-new equipment and friendly people at the front desk.
Love the new and upgraded treadmills. Well organized and fully functional recreation center.
I love the rowing machines and the treadmill. Staff is extremely helpful. Environment is clean
The staff at Allen Senior center are always friendly and helpful. It’s a great place to make new friends and join in on lots of fun activities.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff; enjoyable and informative activities. Good place to socialize.
I benefit greatly from the fitness classes. I feel so much more flexible. The instructors are professional and informative about current research about fitness and Senior health. The front desk staff is very helpful . Recently Kristen helped me with my membership renewal: she made it quick, fast and easy. Thank you!
Friendly like family
Staff is friendly and facility is clean. Great water aerobics.
Very good facility. Large space for everyone. Friendly staff.
Good facilities, well maintained, helpful staff
I like the rec center. I dislike that sometimes they will close the center with only one day notice citing “special events”. The most recent was for the Allen USA celebration. The closure was not previously scheduled and seemed to be a last minute staff decision “to allow staff to volunteer at the celebration”.
Love the facility and the staff Amazing
Everything. Facility is great, staff is great, fitness instructors are great, equipment is great.
The only concern I have had is fitting too many people into the smaller classroom when the large one was available. That made no sense to most everyone in the class.
Thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback.
Many activities. Everyone is super friendly.
Lots of different activities.
I love the class offerings and I’m impressed by the instructors.
The fitness equipment and the ping pong tables.
It’s super nice clean with modern equipments, friendly environment for kids. However, I wish the recreation center has own courts for each sport. The staffs are very enthusiastic and helpful. So far, I attended some group classes which is fun and motivated. I wish the instructor gives different levels for different folks and walks around to check. These are my suggestions. Anyway, I enjoy the recreation and will recommend for my friends and family.
Facility is clean, updated equipment that is not too close to the other equipment. The amount of patrons are reasonable with minimal, if any wait time, to use equipment. The staff is very personable and ready to assist with any questions.
I feel very welcomed Everytime I come by all the receptionist staff, instructors and the Housekeeping Staff. The Facility is Very Clean and well kept. I Love being a member🩷
Excellent service.
