Everything was great, my only dislike was that the sauna would not get above 160 which was not hot enough for me. Other than that great experience! And the lady at the mt pleasant sc location today (8/23/26) was so nice!
My wife and I visited SweatHouz for the first time and had a great experience! We really enjoyed the infrared sauna, cold plunge, and vitamin C shower. Everything was private, relaxing, and we never felt rushed. The whole experience was excellent, and we were very pleased with our visit. We’ll definitely be going back!

Very soothing to my body from the sauna to the cold tub and just going back and forth was very satisfying! The place and our room was very clean and relaxing. I forgot her name, but nice lady who checked us in was very professional and nice. 10/10 I would recommend to anything needing recovery in any way or just would like a reset for their body.
I had a wonderful experience at Sweet House! The infrared sauna was so relaxing, and the ice bath afterward was incredibly refreshing. A perfect place to relax, recharge, and take care of your body. Highly recommend!
