Friendly staff, clean facility
The was a good experience. The only issue was strings of hair was left in the shower.
The girls at the front desk were extremely professional and informative about the benefits of the session and the proper protocols. As a former professional athlete it was nice to hear how knowledgeable they were. Additionally, although it was my first time there they made me and my lady feel extremely welcomed

I loved the contrast therapy. Was skeptical going in, especially the cold plunge! But stayed in 2 minutes! Looking forward to my next session!

Kai was sweet and helpful. The facility was clean, welcoming and aesthetically pleasing. It would be nice to have the cold plunge in the same room as the sauna. But that wasn’t a bid deal.

The staff is friendly. The amount of time allotted was awesome. The sauna experience was very relaxing. I enjoyed being able to watch a show. The cold plunge while it was a challenge I was still able to enjoy it as well.
