Very friendly and helpful staff! She helped me find a sauna room with a speaker, which my phone was able to find and connect to. Also being able to back-to-back session was great, since trying to do 3x sauna & plunge and a shower in 60mins feels being rushed.

I had such a great time! Janelle was so sweet and informative; it was such a comfortable experience I couldn’t leave without getting into a membership. The studio is beautiful and clean and the equipment is just as wonderful!

The fact we can get our own room to ourselves for 1 hour so we don’t have to be all nasty and sweaty next to other people.

The employees provided great customer service by walking me through the facility and explaining the different options. The employee gave great advice on how to navigate the cold plunge. I was able to submerge for the first time and it was great.

SweatHouz has become my favorite thing to do now. I do the cold plunge for about 10-15 minutes each time and then get in sauna for 30 mins and finish with the cold plunge again. I love the customer service. I love the different locations I can explore. The app is very easy to schedule my appointments. I love everything about this company.
