I had such an amazing experience at SweatHouz from the moment I walked through the door. The front desk staff was so sweet and welcoming upon walk in, which instantly set a great vibe for my visit. On top of that, the entire facility is completely spotless.
My absolute favorite part was having the private sauna and the shower right there in the exact same room. It makes the whole experience so seamless and relaxing. I also really loved all the thoughtful little touches they provide. They literally thought of everything, including shower caps, hair ties, and even a TV with all the streaming apps ready to go.
It was a truly great experience from start to finish and I felt so refreshed afterward. I will definitely be back!

Solomon was absolutely fantastic! Typically, tours are a “drag” for me (I just want to get to the fun part that doesn’t include anyone talking haha).
Even then, he managed to effortlessly keep me 1001% engaged:
1. Very knowledgeable about contrast therapy and its benefits (the details didn’t feel heavy, they felt resourceful).
2. He took his time getting us (my boyfriend and I) settled in prior to walking us to our suite — hydrating with their complimentary water.
3. He personalized the experience. Learning about how someone who actually works for the company invests back into the company (by incorporating it into his routine as well) is always important to us.
4. Beyond that, he did his job perfectly. Either he loves what he does or he has amazing work ethic (or both). Either way, Solomon was great!
10/10 recommend this location for anyone visiting the Sandy Springs area and looking to try/incorporate a different form of wellness into their routine.

I enjoyed everything about my experience!! The sauna was amazing, I have never sweated that quickly and that much in a sauna before. The vitamin C shower was top-tier and it literally has me wanting to add that type of shower in my home! And the cold plunge was great. I actually sat in there for a total of about five minutes and it wasn’t as cold as I thought it was going to be but still cold enough to get the experience in the feeling. I’m looking forward to coming back again!!

I love the renovations how the cold plunge is right there with the sauna and a shower and you can conveniently do it as many times as needed.
