Absolutely love it! You can change the lights to several different colors! There’s TVs in each suite! And there’s a water refill station too!

Manager, Cassandra, was so welcoming as well as her assistant, Sebastian…he even assisted me on his day off. Clean facility, calm environment.
The lady that I checked in with was very kind. She explained that the studio was first generation and different than many others which it was. Traveling the country and to many SWTZ this was unusual however the method that she set me up to do was fantastic and got a more than anticipated benefit from the visit.
Please also let her know that I appreciate the discussion on cold therapy that she had instructed me on.

Cleanliness of the rooms and equipment
I liked having my own private space in the sauna and shower, and even in the cold plunge, it was private when I was in there. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I appreciate them working with Studio Pilates on this special event!

The thoughtful touches like cold face cloths and en suite TV that will play meditative music if you want. The en suite shower and even if I forgot my scrunchie, there were extras on hand. On top of all of this, the staff was extremely helpful and very friendly.
