I love the Vinings location because it has the cold plunge and sauna in the same room.
Sweathouz is a sanctuary. A place you go to recharge and fill your cup back up. Every touch point of the experience feeds into that.

Went with a friend and had a relaxing time talking and encouraging each other to try the cold plunge. Very invigorating, although I couldn't stay in long. So relaxing!
The facility was clean, service was friendly, the dry sauna was a nice setup and the hydro massage was wonderful. I enjoyed it so much I’ve already told friends about it and I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I really loved everything. The infrared sauna is to die for. I’m in love in the cold lunch pool amazing as well. It was an amazing experience and I’m so happy to have that here in Aventura. I hope it lasts the way it is now. Intake for my first time was very nice, the tour was excellent very professional. The only thing I would say is the floors are slippery, which could potentially be dangerous. If someone falls there’s a treatment that was just put in my building. It’s like The infrared sauna is to die for. I’m in love in the cold lunch pool amazing as well.a special type of sandy material on the floor and then they put the paint and it makes it slip free. It may not look as beautiful, but it’s better than falling.

Great relaxing and rejuvenating experience
The river market staff is very accommodating. I had a lot of technical issues with the app not confirming my appointments and they worked with me to fix the issue. I love the luxury feeling of the suites
It was convenient to have the shower and sauna in one private room. We were surprised the cold plunge was not in the same room as advertised, but it was still a pleasant experience. We left feeling very relaxed.

The host was kind and took his time. He explained everything in detail and kept the self care theme throughout. The facility was clean and organized. Great location, close to yoga, coffee ,and shopping!
